Day 1–2: Guwahati & Kaziranga
Arrive in Guwahati, gateway to Northeast India. Transfer to Kaziranga National Park — home to 70% of the world's one-horned rhinoceros. Enjoy morning and afternoon jeep safaris. Spot rhinos, elephants, wild buffalo and tigers in their natural habitat.
Day 3–4: Shillong — Scotland of the East
Drive to Shillong (4 hours), the capital of Meghalaya. Visit Ward's Lake, Don Bosco Museum, Elephant Falls and the vibrant Bara Bazar. Explore the pine-covered hills and enjoy the pleasant weather year-round.
Day 5–6: Cherrapunji — The Living Root Bridges
Head to Cherrapunji (Sohra) — one of the wettest places on earth. Trek to the iconic double-decker living root bridges of Nongriat. Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave and Seven Sisters Falls.
Day 7–8: Return via Guwahati
Return to Guwahati for last-minute shopping at the local silk market. Evening departure.

Best Time to Visit
