Day 3Cherrapunji Day Trip Drive to Cherrapunji (54 km). Visit Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sisters Falls, Nohkalikai Falls (India's tallest plunge waterfall at 340m) and the eco park. Return to Shillong by evening.
Day 4Living Root Bridges Trek Early morning drive to Tyrna village, then trek down 3,500 steps to the famous double-decker living root bridge of Nongriat — a UNESCO tentative site. This 4-5 hour trek is moderately challenging but unforgettable.
