Offline Booking sells travel services — there are no physical goods to ship.

E-tickets, hotel vouchers and booking confirmations are delivered electronically by email (and where applicable on WhatsApp) to the contact details you provide at the time of booking.

Delivery timeline: Confirmed online bookings are usually delivered within a few minutes. Offline or manually processed bookings (for example, certain group or dummy-ticket requests) are delivered within 10–60 minutes and up to a few hours during peak times.
