JourneyDeal is an online travel site based in New Delhi, India, with a UAE office in Ras Al Khaimah (Journeydeal FZ LLC). This page is for travellers and travel agents in the United Arab Emirates: what you can book here, on which routes, how you pay and how to reach us.

What you can book from the UAE

• Fixed-departure (series-fare) seats on India–UAE routes: seats an airline has released on set dates at a fixed price, sold with a confirmed PNR.
• Holiday packages and group tours that start in India, for trips home or holidays with family.
• Hotels in India and abroad, activities in India, and visa assistance for the countries listed on the visa page.

Routes with fixed-departure pages

From the UAE to India we list Dubai to Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Jaipur and Pune. From India to the UAE we list Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Calicut, Coimbatore and Goa to Dubai, plus routes to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. A route page shows dates only when an airline has released seats for them, so a date you want may not be there; the same page also shows the normal fares for comparison.

How booking works

You choose a flight and pay online. The ticket is issued by our ticketing desk after payment and sent to you by email; it is not issued instantly. Fare rules — baggage, changes and refunds — are shown before you pay. Many fixed-departure fares are non-refundable, so check the rules for the date you pick. Airlines can change flight times, and we pass on any change we are told about.

Paying from the UAE

Prices can be shown in UAE dirhams (AED), US dollars (USD) or Indian rupees (INR). Payment is online by credit or debit card.

For travel agents in the UAE

Registration on the B2B portal is free. Agents book from a prepaid wallet at net fares and add their own markup, with a dashboard for bookings and the wallet ledger.
