Cancellation before 30 days of the start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to INR 25% package cost.

Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before the start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.

Cancellations between 20 days to 15 days before the start date, 50% of tour price would be charged as retention.

If the booking is cancelled or changed by the customer, the hotel will be notified (of the changes) and the original confirmation email and Booking ID that was generated will become null and void.
